We are searching for a Retail Transformation Project Manager to lead a pivotal role in revolutionising our client’s front-line retail operations. This position is integral to delivering high-impact changes across organisational design and people transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed project plans for retail organisational design and people transformation.
Drive transformation initiatives, including communications, sales floor techniques, commission structures, and customer engagement improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business areas to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute organisational design strategies effectively.
Monitor and report on project progress, addressing challenges and implementing corrective measures where necessary.
Manage change communications to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and structures.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Ensure all project deliverables meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
Act as a key point of contact between the transformation teams and senior stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
