We are seeking a highly analytical and practical Junior AI Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for using your knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies, tools, and trends to help innovate and enhance our product offerings while increasing the confidence of our teams to use AI. You will perform a critical role working closely with our leadership and internal project teams to drive the adoption and integration of AI technologies into our systems and processes. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Director this is a highly visible role initially for six months starting in March 2025.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with project teams to identify how AI can be used in our consulting services to enhance service delivery.
- The integration of AI technology into consulting services by collaborating with clients on live projects.
- Inputting into credentials thought leadership materials promoting the use of AI solutions.
- Applying AI technology internally across systems processes.
- Supporting development/delivery of training programmes on best practices related to AI tools/techniques.
- Assisting tracking/delivering project planning/timeline management for initiatives related specifically towards AI.
- Staying updated on latest trends researching/analyzing/recommending relevant technologies improving business processes enhancing performance ensuring consultancy remains at forefront innovation.

About you:
- Master’s degree
- Two-to-three years experience in business analysis or related roles
- Knowledge within healthcare/pharma industry/marketing
- Familiarity regarding various types such as machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), computer vision
- Ability applying these concepts practically familiarizing day-to-day usage within businesses

Analytical skills:
Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities; capable evaluating/synthesizing large volumes technical information making data-driven decisions

Communication skills:
Excellent written/verbal communication translating complex technical concepts non-technically; strong presentation skills delivering reports/findings/recommendations

Additional competencies:
Ability work independently/collaboratively fast-paced environments; strong attention detail organizational skills

Ideal but non-essential technical skills:
Ability analyze/interpret data generating insights; experience utilizing analytics tools (e.g., SQL Excel Tableau); basic coding capabilities
