About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with SAFe and Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience to lead Agile transformations within a dynamic technology-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in Scrum methodologies and Agile delivery but can also coach other Technology Project Managers (Tech PMs), ensuring best practices in Agile ceremonies and execution. The successful candidate will drive their own delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and efficiency across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile values and principles.
- Act as an RTE (Release Train Engineer), facilitating Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and aligning cross-team dependencies.
- Coach and mentor Technology PMs and Agile teams on Scrum methodologies, Agile best practices, and SAFe principles.
- Lead and optimize Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth delivery of projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting Agile maturity across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align Agile frameworks with business objectives.
- Ensure transparency of progress, risks, and dependencies through effective reporting and communication.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master (5+ years) in complex technology environments.
- SAFe Certified (SAFe RTE preferred) with hands-on experience in Agile Release Train execution.
- Strong track record of coaching and mentoring Tech PMs and Agile teams.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
- Ability to drive end-to-end delivery while managing cross-team collaboration.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence , Azure DevOps , or similar .
