You’ll develop and execute marketing plans, manage product launches, and work with various teams to ensure our solutions achieve optimal market penetration. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact!Ideal Candidate:We are looking for someone with a background in go-to-market or product marketing who can communicate with authority about our Finance Operations tools. You should possess the finance operation knowledge to discuss product value and roadmap effectively. Your ability to engage with customers and partners and present with clarity will set you apart.Key Responsibilities:Market Analysis: Conduct market research to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and analyse the competitive landscape.Strategy Development: Create and implement effective go-to-market strategies aimed at driving product adoption and revenue growth.Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, integrating this information into go-to-market plans.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.Skills and Qualifications:Strong understanding of Finance and Operations solutions.Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.Proven experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Desirable/Bonus Skills:Knowledge of Business Central.Curiosity or knowledge in AI.Additional Information:This role involves partnering with stakeholders to drive joint go-to-market initiatives.Opportunities to engage in special programmes aimed at accelerating market adoption and customer success.You’ll be part of a vibrant team of 4 other Go To Market Managers.
