About Avant Arte
Avant Arte is a curated marketplace that makes discovering and collecting art radically more accessible for a new generation. Our team of passionate experts collaborate with leading contemporary artists from across the globe to create bespoke limited-edition artworks to browse and collect. We began as a cult blog of contemporary artists and since 2015 we've grown our community to over 3.3 million strong across more than 100 countries. We're proud to collaborate with leading contemporary artists to create limited edition works - from sculpture editions and works on paper to NFTs and hand-finished silkscreen prints.

What We Need
We're looking for an experienced Account Director to join our team as an "Artist Lead". You will be personable and commercially-savvy, with strong organisation skills and the ability to work across multiple teams in the business. This role gives you the chance to work with some of the world's most exciting artists while being responsible for growing Avant Arte's reputation and revenues.
Core Responsibilities
PITCHING:
- Preparing high-quality, creative, commercially viable project proposals
- Undertaking pricing research
- Leading cross-functional briefings
- Driving internal timelines
- Pitch deck creation
PROJECT DELIVERY:
- Working collaboratively across teams
- Managing negotiation of artist contracts
- Ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Ongoing communication management
ARTIST RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
- Building meaningful relationships with Artists
- Establishing strong connections
- Identifying ways add value through engagement activities
- Being an expert on Artist markets
