About The Team & Business Line
Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for generating new business revenue for Citco's administration services for Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) across all asset classes within the alternatives investment strategies in Europe by adopting Citco's consultative sales approach and working in close collaboration with our SMEs and business leaders.
- Responsible for driving Citco's growth and expansion in the SPV administration space across Europe by positioning Citco's accounting, administrative, corporate secretarial, directorship, treasury and banking services.
- Responsible for the management and execution of Citco's BD and Sales business plan for the European region ensuring strategy is aligned with global objectives.
- Maintain an effective and measurable BD and Sales pipeline across LOBs targeting strategic opportunities within new launch conversion space.
- Manage performance of BD/Sales function focusing on sales activity revenue forecasting profitability etc.
- Manage end-to-end sales pipeline process collaborating with European MDs SMEs business managers.
- Lead execute BD/Sales tactical strategic goals with new market penetration sales campaigns etc., ensuring proactive approach with new lead generation.
- Maintain effective lines of communication to senior management Citco MDs peer groups SMEs etc.
- Ensure quality output from BD/Sales function in Europe.
- Manage risk associated with BD/Sales process cycle.
- Manage BD/Sales reporting requirements including revenue YTD timesheets expenses monthly news bulletin etc.
- Build maintain measure success of European feeder network across LOBs.
- Work with Marketing Communications Group assisting brand building initiatives via industry events conferences hosted co-hosted events
- Increase brand awareness alongside PR agent
- Coordinate completion RFPs new business proposals management
- Create maintain promote product-related branding marketing pitch materials.
About You
You have a bachelor's Degree in relevant field ideally 10+ years Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) investment experience predominantly Alternative Administration markets Minimum 5+ years demonstrated senior leadership experience Communicate effectively negotiation presentation capabilities Proven record accomplishment new business generation sustainable YOY growth Strong knowledge alternative fund industry Ability work team environment Ability manage multiple priorities meet deadlines Demonstrate initiative leadership capabilities Ability escalate when appropriate CPA ACCA CIMA designation would be an advantage.
