What You Will Do
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Renewals Account Managers located in EMEA providing sales leadership,guidance ,coaching,and driving accountabilityto achieving business targets.
Strategic Planning: You will collaborate with new business sales counterparts to ensureacoordinatedstrategicsalesplanisbeingdefinedandexecuted,andthatthecustomer experienceisenhancedthroughthatpartnership.
Retention: Drive retentionby identifyingwhere renewalriskoccurs partneringwithcustomersuccessandre sellerpartners to identify mitigate that risk leadingto maximizingrenewal rates.
Expansion: Through courseofmanagingcontract renewals identify upsell,cross-sell,and expansion opportunitieswithin existingcustomerbase.
Customerand Partner Engagement:Foster strong relationshipswith key customers ,partners ,distributors ensuringtheir satisfaction addressinganyconcerns promptly.
Performance Metrics: Track key performance metrics analyzingdata tomake data-driven decisions optimize renewalsprocess drive rep productivity.
Forecasting Planning: Ensureaccuraterevenueforecasts budgetsforrenewal salesteam aligningcompanyobjectives delivery accurate timely forecastsbyteamfor escalation reporting .
