Location: Hybrid (Tues-Thurs in the office, Monday & Friday remote)

What You’ll Do:
As the Creative Business Lead, you will play a pivotal role in bridging creativity and strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging Communication: Effectively communicate complex compensation plans and policies to diverse audiences, adapting your style to enhance understanding and influence.
- Consumer Insights: Analyse and understand consumer behaviour to meet key audience needs and drive engagement.
- Creative Vision: Bring innovative ideas to life—whether it’s brainstorming themes, selecting unique venues, or sourcing motivational speakers—while providing constructive feedback to align stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analysis to inform marketing strategies and evaluate outcomes, ensuring initiatives add value.
- Market Growth Strategies: Develop strategies to increase market share, focusing on diversification, product development, and long-term growth.
- Influencer Engagement: Identify and connect with key influencers to amplify brand exposure and product reach.
- Media Strategy: Navigate media placement and strategy to ensure impactful message delivery across channels.
- Negotiation Mastery: Lead negotiations that benefit all parties, balancing needs and risks while understanding when to walk away from non-viable deals.
- Project Management: Prioritise effectively, exercise sound judgement in decision-making, and recognise when to seek assistance.
- SEO Expertise: Optimise web content for discoverability, enhancing organic search results.
- Social Media Savvy: Facilitate the sharing of ideas and information through virtual communities and networks.

Languages:
