About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Cleansing Consultant to join a dynamic, Private Equity Backed Software Development Company on a fully remote basis. This is a 3-4 month contract (outside IR35) with an immediate start. You will be an integral part of the RevOps team, supporting key projects that focus on marketing operations, data hygiene, and CRM optimisation. Your primary responsibility will be to clean, structure, and optimise HubSpot and Salesforce data, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency across marketing functions. You will bring a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Cleansing & Enrichment: Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and inaccuracies within HubSpot and Salesforce to enhance marketing operations efficiency.
- CRM Optimisation: Implement best practices for data structure, segmentation, and governance within SFDC and HubSpot.
- Marketing Operations Support: Work closely with the marketing and RevOps teams to improve data quality, campaign effectiveness, and lead management processes.
- Strategic Insight & Execution: Provide a strategic approach to data hygiene, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders in the marketing and RevOps teams to drive data-related improvements and align CRM systems with marketing needs.
- Technical Expertise: Utilise strong technical skills to audit, clean, and structure marketing data supporting automation and reporting initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in data cleansing, CRM management,and marketing operations.
- Strong HubSpotand Salesforce experienceโmust be proficient in both platforms.
- Background inmarketing operations ,RevOps ,or asimilardata-drivenmarketing role.
- Abilityto work strategicallyand technically ,ensuring datasupportsmarketingandbusinessobjectives.
