We are looking for technical specialist with experience in Artificial Intelligence to help design, develop and deliver a Generative AI based tool.
THIS IS A REMOTE WORKING ROLE
Key requirements:
- Familiar with Generative AI technology, including Large Language Models.
- Experience of working with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) functionality and other LLM concepts.
- Excellent understanding and implementation of security best practices for AI tooling development.
- Experience in contributing to informed decisions on architectural design.
- An understanding of testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
- Ability to work within an agile team to deliver effectively and efficiently as part of a group.
The Role:
You will focus on guiding the design and iteration of AI-specific areas of development, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), system prompts, and prompt engineering, supported by a team of Developers and Data Scientists. The tool is built in Python, utilizing frameworks such as FastAPI and operating in an AWS environment. Responsibilities include addressing a backlog of desired features, incorporating outcomes from user research, and driving the development of Generative AI-based solutions. The ideal candidate may come from a background in Data Science, Solution Architecture, or Development, with key capabilities including experience, skills, and enthusiasm for Generative AI as well as familiarity with frameworks like FastAPI and cloud platforms such as AWS. The role holder will work alongside Developers, Data Scientists, and a Product Manager to maintain and iterate the current tool from Public Beta through to Live.
