ServiceNow Product Manager-Contract- Outside ir35
Rate- £600/day Outside ir35, Duration-6 months
Location- London (Hybrid role)
The role is with one of our clients which is a global management consultancy, seeking a dynamic and skilled ServiceNow Product Manager. Experience in ServiceNow Workflow is required. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows in ServiceNow, with a particular focus on Fabric, Workflow Automation, Service Management, and integrating AI-driven agents. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and innovative problem-solving to drive process efficiency and enhance customer experience. Implement and enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions on ServiceNow. Define best practices for incident, change, and problem management workflows.
Required expertise:-
• Proven experience in implementing the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Fabric, Workflow Automation, and Service Management modules.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and their integration into ServiceNow (eg, Virtual Agents, Predictive Intelligence).
• CSA, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• ITIL Foundation Certification
