Description

Overview
An experienced Enterprise Architect with strong experience in Cyber Security solutions is required to join our client on a hybrid basis in Central London, with an average of 1 day per week onsite. The role involves assisting with the scoping and design of new Business As Usual (BAU) processes within the Cyber Security departments of their global customer.

Key Responsibilities

- Define Solutions: Define solutions for business problems, ensuring you address the functional and non-functional requirements and aspects.
- Architecture Roadmap: Define the architecture roadmap for the systems and the business services.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build consensus for the solutions and proposals through engagement and communication with stakeholders and members involved.
- Stakeholder Expectations: Address stakeholder expectations effectively and clearly explain solutions using industry standard modelling notations.
- Standards and Guidelines: Define and document standards and guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work alongside the consulting team and with the client's established Security and IT teams to evaluate and establish requirements for the implementation of security changes as determined by the framework review.
- Cyber Security Strategy: Update and deploy the cyber security BAU strategy, ensuring training and coaching to various departments and management are effectively implemented.
- Security Requirements and Designs: Review and prepare updated security requirements, architectures, and designs for IT and OT environments in accordance with best practices, policies, and standards (e.g., ISO 27000/ ISO27001 series).
- Cyber Response: Ensure the continued development of our cyber response and implement mitigations to any emerging threats.

Requirements

- Cyber Security Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Cyber Security tools and applications and their effectiveness in utility and costing across a large global organisation.
- Architectural Concepts: Good understanding of architectural concepts, methodologies, and approaches.
- Implementation Experience: Experience of successfully implementing security initiatives and solutions and the ability to prove their value.
- Integration Techniques: Good knowledge of integration techniques, architecture patterns, and non-functional drivers.
- Customer and Stakeholder Management: Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills.
- Design Understanding: Ability to understand and challenge designs.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present data and findings to stakeholders in an impactful way.
