Role Overview: Micon Global is seeking a self-driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to support our expansion efforts in the German market. This contract, remote role is ideal for someone with experience in sales, lead generation, and business development within the semiconductor industry. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for us and our principals.



Key Responsibilities:

Conduct sales and business development activities focused on the German market.
Develop and maintain relationships with key prospects and clients.
Drive communication and sales efforts through meetings, calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
Collaborate with our team as well as independently source new clients and business opportunities.



Qualifications:

At least 10 years of proven experience in business development and sales, in the semiconductor industry, specifically sales of Semiconductor IP and EDA tools.
Strong network within the German Semiconductor industry.
Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
Previous work experience and proven results from leading international Semiconductor companies in Germany.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in German and English.
Results-driven and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Bonus: Proven experience in the Scandinavian Market.
