Engagement Manager - IAM
Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Engagement Manager to work with a key client.
Role Description:
- Business and Security Stakeholder management
- IGA Experience
- IAM programme management
- IAM project management and delivery
- IAM operations oversight
- IAM Audit enablement
JD:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand the specific needs of the organization in terms of identity and access management.
- Ensure that the project aligns with necessary regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX.
- Identify potential risks related to user access, roles, and entitlements, and address these in the project plan.
- Tool Customization: Customize SailPoint and other IGA tools to meet the organization's needs (eg, role-based access control, policies, certifications, etc.).
- Application on-board/Integration: Ensure integration with other enterprise systems like HR, Active Directory, ERP systems, and cloud platforms.
- Define project milestones, timelines, and deliverables; ensuring on-time project execution.
- Ensure proper allocation of resources including skilled personnel software; infrastructure.
- Access Control Policies: Establish and enforce policies to ensure the right access is granted to the right users (least privilege; separation of duties).
- Automation of Processes: Automate user onboarding; role assignment; de-provisioning processes to ensure efficiency; reduce human error.
- Access Certifications: Automate/manage periodic access certification campaigns ensuring user access is compliant with organizational policies.
- SailPoint Configuration: Oversee configuration/maintenance of SailPoint ensuring tool aligns with business objectives.
Third Party Integrations:
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for integrations system updates tool support.
