Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and execute electrical projects at Gatwick Airport, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within scope, time, and budget.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and electrical regulations, maintaining the highest safety standards.
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues or delays.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including airport management, contractors, and clients, providing regular project updates.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Resolve project issues ensuring prompt effective solutions minimize downtime disruption
Review approve designs electrical schematics documentation
Ensure reporting progress reports budgets schedules kept accurately recorded
Requirements:
Valid ECS card
SMSTS
At least 5 years experience managing electrical projects proven track record aviation infrastructure commercial sectors
Strong understanding systems methodologies safety regulations
Experience large-scale scheduling budgeting resource management
Excellent leadership communication negotiation skills ability manage multiple deadlines effectively proficient software MS Project Primavera knowledge regulated environments airports highly preferred full UK driving license
