Description
Responsibilities:
- Attend programme governance meetings alongside the Programme Manager to take minutes and actions
- Schedule meetings
- Support creation and distribution of status reports
- Support the management of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) items and actions
- Manage documentation and collate documents for stage gate reviews
- Support onboarding processes
- Support change management processes
- Update financial systems
- Analyse and report on financial data
- Support low-level planning and scheduling of surveys and site visits
