Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery phase and conduct requirements analysis and elicitation to ensure alignment of the newly implemented solution with business needs.
- Lead the delivery of Proof-of-Concept and full implementation.
- Optimize workflows for Time Tracking, Utilization, Staffing, Attendance Management, and other areas.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience in implementing and optimizing Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to work across multiple domains, including Project Management, Change Management, Business Analysis, Testing, Training, and Solution Architecture.
- Strong technical understanding of PSA systems with the ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows.
- Good knowledge of a wide range of PSA solutions, including some of the following: NAPTA, Certinia PSA, BigTime, Kantata.
