Contract Opportunity Overview
Fantastic contract opportunity for an experienced HR & Learning Enterprise Architect to join a world leading organisation and develop the UK Firm's technology strategy for HR & Learning and translate this into a roadmap that determines their investment priorities and transformation portfolio.
Role Responsibilities
The SuccessFactors Enterprise Architect/SME (HR & Learning) should also help to execute and govern the strategy, by helping solution architects and projects to design solutions that are fit for purpose and conform to our standards and patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge incl. current, emerging and future technology market trends and their impact on the business.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of my clients technology ecosystem, incl. the main applications and technologies that interact with HR & Learning technologies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required
In order to be a good match for this position, as a SuccessFactors Enterprise Architect/SME (HR & Learning) you will have experience of the below:
- Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Performance), SF Integration Centre.
- Understanding of SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Qualtrics and OpenText.
- Good knowledge of HR processes, eg attraction and engagement, assessment and selection, offer management onboarding performance succession mgmt.
- Extensive experience in HR & Learning Platform implementation with a minimum 6 years acting as technical lead.
- Design of complex integrations between HR & Learning Platforms other enterprise solutions eg based on SSO JSON SOAP XML SAML SSL Web Services LDAP JDBC ODBC REST SCP SFTP.
- Experience working with Agile SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle Management) methods.
- Understanding common business analysis techniques approaches.
