Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of production, in-service, and improvement projects related to aerospace products used on multiple aircraft platforms.
- Use best practice project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget for a defined scope.
- Serve as the primary project management point of contact for at least one of the IPT's major customers.
- Provide regular internal and customer reporting, interpreting and presenting data from both standard operational sources and project-specific information.
- Collaborate closely with production delivery managers, programme managers, and other stakeholders to identify and manage risks that could impact customer production delivery over the medium term (6-24 months).
- Support the production SIOP process for capacity planning over a 2-year horizon.
- Facilitate the resolution of escalated issues from operations, customer accounts, and procurement stakeholders through the planning and execution of new projects or work packages.
- Identify and support opportunities for improving customer service and experience, including working with bid managers to explore additional funding opportunities.
- Work alongside programme and engineering managers to efficiently structure individual projects or work packages, considering shared dependencies and synergies.
