Site Manager (Night Shift) – Basement Break Room Fit-Out

📍 Locations: Ealing
💰 Rate: £300

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the fit-out of a basement beneath a retail shop, transforming it into a break room. This is a night shift role, requiring strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple trades efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing all site operations and ensuring smooth project delivery.
* Coordinating and supervising trades to maintain progress and quality.
* Ensuring all health & safety regulations are met, including fire safety compliance.
* Problem-solving on-site issues with a proactive, hands-on approach.
* Keeping the project on schedule and within scope.



Requirements:

* SMSTS, First Aid, and Fire Marshall certification (essential).
* Strong experience in shop fit-outs and basement projects.
* A “get-it-done” attitude with excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage site logistics and ensure efficient workflow.
* Must be available for night shifts on the given dates.
