Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) are currently hiring for an Electrical Supervisor for an initial 6 month contract. This assignment will involve working on a utility scale solar farm in the Midlands. The engagement would be onsite 5 days per week.

Position Overview
We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor who has experience working with established utility scale solar EPC contractors and developers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversees electrical work, including solar panels, inverters, and cabling installation.
- Ensures adherence to electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Conducts inspections, troubleshooting, and system maintenance for optimal performance.
- Works with teams, maintains documentation, and supports commissioning.
- Manages subcontractors.
