We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee concrete repairs and finishing on commercial buildings. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional with a background in concrete repair projects to take on a long-term role.
Job Overview:
* Start Date: ASAP
* Duration: 13 months
* Rate of Pay: £325 per day (DOE)
* Hours Worked per Week: 40 per week
* Payment Options: CIS, LTD and Umbrella
What You'll Need To Succeed:
Qualifications: NVQ in Site Management
Experience: Proven site management experience with a self-delivery contractor on concrete and structural repair projects.
Certification: Valid and in-date CSCS, SMSTS Certification
References: 2 checkable employer references
