As a Lead Software Engineer, you will develop innovative control systems in Hybrid Powertrain, Transmission, Chassis, Cooling, or Body control systems. This role involves leading the delivery of functionality from concept to production using Simulink, ensuring compliance with functional safety and security requirements.

Responsibilities:
Define, design, and deliver control functions, including requirements, interfaces, and algorithms.
Implement control functions in MATLAB Simulink/Stateflow, ensuring compliance with MAAB standards.
Generate and analyze C-code and conduct software testing using MIL, SIL, and HIL techniques.
Test and verify software components against requirements, including in-vehicle integration.
Develop and maintain validation test plans and verification strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of software components.
Apply ISO26262 and ASPICE standards to development processes.
Qualifications:
Strong technical degree in mechanical, electronic, electrical, control systems, or automotive engineering, or significant relevant experience.
Extensive experience in model-based, auto-coded software prototyping and production implementation.
Expertise in control theory and automotive software for systems like chassis, hybrid, body systems, power management, or transmission.
Proficiency in software requirements capture, detailed design, and verification.
Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR software components, and MIL, SIL, and HIL testing environments.
Knowledge of tools like GIT, Jenkins, Vector CANape, and CANalyzer.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute test plans for complex automotive systems.
