About The Role
This role is within the NRM Performance Hub, with the mission to deliver industry leading Net Revenue Growth by developing the strongest NRM tools and capability of our peers. The role will be responsible for ensuring Haleon commercial teams are fully enabled by industry leading analytics and modelling tools in the areas of Next Best Actions (NBA). Field sales teams will harness the power of data and machine learning to create next best actions that optimise sales processes and improve outcomes.
Next best actions (NBA) is a solution which will equip our sales teams in understanding what actions would create the greatest sales uplift during a sales visit. We wish for our representatives to be fully data driven and enabled by technology. These solutions should help support and drive significant sales uplift (effectiveness) and field team efficiency delivering a strong return on investment (ROI).
Haleon commercial representatives of the future will be augmented by technological solutions, precision data, reporting and insights leading to store level targeted actions and solutions.
This role will lead business transformation ensuring market adoption of these ISE tools e.g., mindset change, capability building, process changes while improving business results through understanding goals from commercial/field teams translating those into technological solutions driving better outcomes.
Success will be achieved by driving change/improvements in technology bringing most business value to Haleon through understanding requests from user community converting them into product design working with tech/data teams prioritising changes/delivering enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Together with NBA Global Director & Product Teams build/enhance/deploy analytical tools/solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise/business guidance steering future design on NBA product lifecycle management.
- Ensure cohesive/successful product development & delivery process acting as conduit between Business & enabling tech/data teams.
- Lead/foster collaboration creating positive engaged working environment.
- Research trends/competition/market needs maintaining customer centric approach identifying needs/addressing pain points.
- Create product roadmap including development/release management defining KPIs tracking progress/success.
- Prioritise features/enhancements based on demand/feedback/business priority managing risks/challenges impacting products success.
- Foster culture of innovation curiosity/growth mindset delivering value business case/product roadmap.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
- Proven data/analytics experience strategic thinking thought leadership senior stakeholder management/execution capabilities.
- Adopting strategic proactive challenging mindset focusing on exceptional execution.
- Ability to build trusted relationships/influence beyond direct responsibilities navigating organisation ensuring effective inter-team/function workings.
- Commercial understanding programme objectives undertaken inside/outside programme managing multiple initiatives concurrently identifying/capturing risks/issues proactively communicating clearly concisely at leadership level engaging both Business & Tech teams holding others accountable.
Skills/Experience: Required
- Excellent data/analytical experience essential; working on commercial/commercial data/reporting advantageous
- Excellent relationship management strong influencing communication skills across all levels including senior stakeholders
- Strong attention detail/managing complexity track record delivering business impact
- Strong commercial/business understanding background
Preferred
Customer sales/commercial team experience; Experience working complex data projects involving multiple change elements across people/policy/process/technology
