About the Role:
Our Local Authority client are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to them on an interim basis for the begiinning of a greenfield piece of work. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering innovative solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify areas for optimization.
- Develop functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
- Work closely with IT and development teams to implement technology solutions.
- Support project management by tracking progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to define business needs.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve decision-making.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Local Authorities highly desirable.
