Overview:

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Delivery of the Change Strategy: Define and tailor technical implications prior to go-live, supporting the execution of change management plans across the organisation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, provide updates, and establish feedback mechanisms to inform technical teams.
- Development and Readiness of the Change Network: Support the establishment of a change network through training, workshops, and communications as required.
- Business Impact Assessment: Collaborate with analysts and communications teams to assess the impact of changes on people, processes, and technology, ensuring benefits realisation and value proposition management.
- Engagement: Work with Organisational Change Management (OCM) and Communications Leads to ensure messages are tailored to different audiences and effectively understood.
- Change Coaching: Develop and deliver change-specific coaching and training to ensure teams have the required skills and behaviours to adopt change effectively.
- Monitor Readiness: Assess stakeholder readiness, identify gaps, track milestones, and adjust plans based on progress and feedback.
- Oversee Transition Plans: Work closely with system integrators and business teams to ensure a smooth transition of new processes and systems into daily operations.
- Mitigate Risks: Identify potential obstacles to successful change adoption and implement risk-mitigation strategies.
- Set Success Metrics: Define and track clear success metrics to measure the impact of change initiatives.
- Business Process Change: Collaborate with enabling services to support process changes required for the successful implementation of the Corporation’s new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to the City of London’s Occupational Health Safety Policy, ensuring personal team compliance.

Additional Duties:
Undertake other duties as reasonably requested aligned with role’s grade.

Financial Compliance:
Adhere City London Financial Regulations monitor budgets report variances promptly take corrective action as required.

Person Specification:

Professional Qualifications & Training
Prosci or equivalent change management qualification. (A)
Relevant experience in finance transformation preferably within an SAP programme. (A)

Knowledge & Experience:
Good working knowledge SAP. (A/I)
Proven experience managing change impact assessments benefits realisation ensure organisational readiness. (A/I)
Experience analysing training communication requirements stakeholders. (A/I)
Ability define training communication needs various levels. (A/I)
Familiarity ADKAR change management methodology. (A/I)
Expertise assessing change impacts across complex organisations. (A/I)
Experience working system integrators SMEs Finance transformation. (A/I)
Ability design deliver function-specific training support technical change.( A/I)
