Role Overview
Are you ready to make a global impact? This maternity cover role allows the opportunity to join our award-winning Global team, making an impact in markets including the U.S, U.K, Australia, France, Spain, the GCC, and more. Responsible for the Earned Media Strategy across our key markets, informed by brand strategy and business objectives, this is a key role to support landing our biggest campaigns and platforms. Earned Media including PR, social media, influencers and relevant campaigns sits within the overall brand and media plans with an aim to build brand awareness and relevance to our consumers. This role sits on a diverse and specialised Global Media Team enabled by hybrid and flexible working responsible for paid earned owned media (including healthcare professionals communications) with close collaboration across the mix.
Key Duties
- Lead the Earned Media Strategy at a Global level with a view to raise awareness for our target usage occasions and audiences.
- Earned media to deliver against the key Brand Jobs to be Done using brand platforms and seasonal moments to activate and reach as many possible consumers as possible in an engaging relevant way.
- Work with the Global teams to deliver NPD in new categories and new audiences using audience insights to inform a best-to-market earned strategy plan for our portfolio expansion.
- Support local market leads (regional teams) by developing ideas creatives toolkits that can be localised adapted in our key markets. Share insights best practices for influencer event activity across markets regions.
- Develop implement WaterWipes’ global influencer strategy across all product categories tailoring it for both HCP consumer audiences.
- Work with our Global PR agency partners to build best-in-class campaigns driving results with a value mindset.
- Lead agency brief from creative through performance of organic paid social media content. Working closely with brand team assess approve suggest content placements.
- Work closely with key media partners including Meta ensuring best practice across social continuous improvement in performance.
- Work closely with WaterWipes’ internal creative owned media teams agency partners ensure that content is leveraged elevate grow WaterWipes’ owned channels.
- Analyse assess global campaign performance provide valuable insights opportunities support global budget management contract negotiations agent relationships briefs integration into media PR content marketing programmes.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years experience working in marketing communications.
- Degree in Marketing Multimedia Communications or related field.
- Cross-functional campaign management – working teams across paid owned earned.
- Multi-platform: Experience working range of social media channels competency digital marketing social media strong presentation executional skills confident collaborative communicative desire thrive fast-paced environment impeccable attention detail global experience preferred focus North America UK Europe experience managing PR agencies.
