Client Overview
Our client is a global Fintech type organisation now seeking a Compliance Specialist with PSD2 experience. You will be supporting the financial services regulatory compliance process for the UK, reporting to the Head of Compliance.
Contract Details
This is a 12 month contract, hybrid with 2 days a week in their superb central London offices.
Experience Required
- FCA Regulatory reporting experience
- Compliance management & auditing
- Knowledge of the Payment Services Directive (PSD2)
- Degree in Law, Finance or Business.
- Experience within Banks, FinTech, Payments or Consultancy companies
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support overall compliance program.
- Focus on requirements under FCA regulatory licences.
- Regulatory reporting in accordance with Open Banking & Payments licences.
- Assist in managing 'high-focus' areas such as regulatory reporting, customer complaints & notifications as per FCA and PSD2 guidelines.
