Project Overview:
ACR is collaborating with one of the UK's most recognized Residential Developers on an exciting residential build in East London. The project involves the construction of RC frame apartments with units at various stages of completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety/ISO procedures
- Collaborating closely with subcontractors to maintain quality control
- Facilitating effective communication and problem-solving within the site delivery team
- Overseeing construction in line with provided specifications and NHBC regulations
- Establishing productive relationships with utility companies for timely connections
- Managing material take-offs, deliveries, and supply chain adherence
- Supporting new employees and fostering teamwork
- Delivering completed projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Conducting subcontractor meetings to ensure project alignment

Qualifications Required:
Candidates must hold SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.
