Job Purpose:
As a member of the Group Talent Experience Team, you will be the subject matter expert for learning across Recordati working with stakeholders to provide the best learning experience for employees aligned with Recordati’s culture and values. A crucial element of this role will be collaboration in designing and implementing our new global learning system (LMS) as part of our digital transformation programme. Post-launch you will own and drive LMS strategy content etc., together acting as a key member of project team for annual ‘Share Your Views’ Recordati Group Employee Engagement Survey.
You will drive Recordati's learning culture ensuring employees have access to high-quality learning resources that foster their professional growth aligning with company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Needs assessment and analysis
- Work in partnership with global stakeholders including Group Organisational Development Lead.
- Perform skills audits; analyse data identifying skills gaps.
- Translate insights into targeted learning interventions.
- Coordinate training activities at region/country level
- Cooperate with HR Managers providing specific competencies relating to training initiatives.
- Learning programme design and development
- Create coordinate implement comprehensive training programs aligning organizational goals.
- Design develop implement e-learning modules workshops curate high-quality materials.
- Ensure content aligns business objectives employee roles competencies required for success.
- Create launch drive adoption global learning toolkit incorporating mandatory voluntary training.
- Manage content lifecycle ensuring materials are up-to-date relevant accessible.
- Provide operational support major events including New Leaders Academy Elevate talent acceleration programme other key programmes.
- Budget setting management
- Contribute accurately annual budget planning provide regular updates on budget management.
- Learning technology management
- Support Director Talent Experience HRIS project team launch implementation use development LMS digital platforms where relevant.
- Ownership LinkedIn Learning platform focusing on strategic development integration into LMS.
- Compliance best practice
- Ensure all talent development programs compliant legal standards reflect industry best practices.
- Reporting analysis
- Provide regular reports insights senior leadership on talent development progress challenges opportunities ensuring transparency alignment strategic objectives.
- Vendor partnership management
- Stay current industry trends vendors ensure access best up-to-date solutions manage relationships ensuring competitive terms quality service from vendors.
Required Education:
Degree qualified in business HR or related subject
Required Skills And Experience:
Minimum 7 years’ experience in an in-house learning role global context; previous experience LMS design implementation globally preferred ideally SAP; demonstrable ownership strategic development LinkedIn Learning platform globally; coaching certification/accreditation preferred; experience designing developing facilitating evaluating materials various formats including e-learning instructor led blended; demonstrable choosing evaluating managing vendor partners; deep understanding adult learning principles ability adapt approaches different audiences styles; strong project management skills ability build robust relationships diverse range stakeholders.
