Role Overview:
As a Quality Control Admin Administrator for a warehouse is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards before they are shipped out. Their role typically includes overseeing inspections, managing inventory quality, and documenting any discrepancies or issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection of any Goods-in in terms of Quality and Quantity to see if they can be used in Production with lower yield rather than judgement for food safety (In case QC judges that goods are not acceptable for food safety, they should be rejected).
- Inspect incoming raw materials (including packaging) ensuring that they are within specification and report any out of specification.
- Monitor and ensure that raw materials (including packaging) are within specification during storage and transfers.
- Check compliance with food safety and QA procedures including control measures for allergens.
- Ensure raw materials are stored correctly.
- Ensure FIFO is followed by the raw material team at all times.
- Maintain warehouse-controlled document files and test records accurately and timely.
- Handover record sheets to Technical department for reviewing.
- Ensure all delivery notes for Goods-in each day shall be signed by Warehouse team confirming actual correct volume, quality, date including delivery notes in Miniclipper and Transkold.
- Provide BB dates, Batch numbers for each delivery to Warehouse Systems Controller so stock can be booked accurately creating labels for goods received.
- Apply labels to all goods received.
- Accurately process transfers to production on Navision daily reporting shortages to purchase team & Supply Chain manager.
- Responsible for daily stock control.
- Ensure all transfers to Production are recorded accurately.
- Work closely with & provide cover to Warehouse Systems Controller during absence.
- Assist Warehouse staff with their duties if QC task is not busy.
- Ensure Warehouse areas & yard are kept clean & tidy.

Good understanding of operation, products & procedure
High level of reliability, flexibility & punctuality
Advanced IT literacy with experience in MS Office & Excel
Driven individual with strong interpersonal skills

Strong numerical aptitude
Attention to detail

Working Hours:
Due to expansion we are looking for QC Administrators working 7 days a week on a rolling rota from 5pm - 1am (additional shift allowance is paid).
