The Field Engineer II is part of the Global Scientific and Laboratory Services (SLS) Knowledge Management organization, and their responsibilities would include being the subject matter expert (SME), presenting, assisting in the implementation, and troubleshooting software and automation interface solutions for our customers. This position is will be fully remote with occasional travel to customer sites. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What You Will Do:
- Innovate and resolve customer issues related to software and automation integration of our instruments with the customer network as part of validation, installation and qualification service offering.
- Manage interactions primarily through phone or email in a fast-paced environment using Salesforce.com (SFDC) for seamless communication.
- Apply deep understanding of software interfaces to generate documentation for best practices.
- Develop software protocols for deployment in pharmaceutical GMP facilities.
- Lead internal/external communications with cross-functional teams including supplier R&D PE Marketing/Product management SLS MSAT.

Who You Are:
