Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Agile practice as Scrum Masters allocated to multi-disciplinary squads delivering transformation projects. As a Scrum Master, you will operate at the team level as a change agent with a passion for helping teams reach their best and deliver outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the link between the Product Owner and Scrum Teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework values and Agile practices.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate Scrum Teams to create or improve processes, make decisions, and remove impediments.
- Design, implement, and manage projects to optimize customer journey design, customer experience, business structures, and processes.
- Shape scope structure projects for successful delivery including sprint coordination retrospective meetings daily stand-ups
- Collaborate with Product Owners define customer journey vision handle product backlogs new requests ensure effective prioritization
- Manage project deliveries resources remove blockers coach scrum team Agile practices
- Work collaboratively complex stakeholder network including business owners multiple Tribes Squads ensure alignment prioritization applicable
- Coordinate Release Management Deployment ensure changes communicated users
- Manage QA process ensure changes delivered high standard quality
