Project Manager - Cribl

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of Cribl, a unified data security management platform, for our insurance client. This role will be crucial in enhancing data security, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan for the implementation of Cribl.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.
Oversee the integration of various data sources with Cribl, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure the platform meets all regulatory requirements.
Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of Cribl.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (eg, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration).
5+ years of project management experience in the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and privacy regulations (eg, GDPR, HIPAA).
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
