The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Site Oversight: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate operatives and subcontractors, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets exemplary standards and adheres to project specifications.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Uphold strict health and safety regulations, creating a safe working environment for all.
- Problem-Solving: Address any on-site challenges promptly and effectively, maintaining project momentum.
- Client Liaison: Work closely with clients and project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the process.
About You
- Experience: Proven track record in site management within the construction or M&E sectors.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coordinate a team of operatives and subcontractors.
