As a Lead Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our technology stack and driving the development of full-stack applications. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Python, React and Supabase.
Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to refine technical specifications and ensure alignment with business goals.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience with Python, React and Supabase in a full-stack environment.
