InTandem is a Revenue Operations consulting firm focused on supporting growth-oriented organizations from startups to the Fortune 500. Our clients are primarily based across the US and Europe with most of our projects delivered remotely. We are expanding our existing network of talent to support part-time engagements as well as to place candidates into full-time revenue operations roles with our clients.RevOps ConsultantThese projects could be a fit for current fractional consultants, full-time folks with only night and weekend availability, or full-time revenue, marketing, sales, and success operations leaders considering a transition to consulting (we recommend it). This is a great opportunity to sharpen specific skills or gain exposure to new project types to support your professional development.Your Experience3+ years in a revenue operations role (from Analyst to VP level)Initial CRM and MAP implementations, tool configuration and integrations, revenue process mapping, compensation plan design, team playbook development, KPI and reporting buildout, territory sizing and implementation, pipeline management and forecasting, and a variety of other revenue operations initiatives.Have capacity to work at least 5+ hours per weekWe also have a few clients actively hiring for full-time revenue operations roles.
