Your Responsibilities
Design and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy
Recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse portfolio of affiliate partners
Create compelling commission structures and partnership programs
Develop and maintain relationships with top-performing affiliates
Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics
Negotiate partnership terms and manage affiliate agreements
Generate monthly and quarterly reports on affiliate program performance
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align partnership strategies
Your Skills & Experience
Proven track record in affiliate marketing or partner management
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and performance marketing
Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive problem-solving approach
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to have
Background in tech, SaaS, or network services
Understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing principles
Experience with international affiliate networks
Multilingual capabilities
Knowledge of proxy, VPN, or network infrastructure markets
