Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architect
Location: Canary Wharf
Duration: 3 months with rolling extensions
Work Schedule: 2/3 days per week in Canary Wharf
Eligibility: SC eligible
Project Overview:
Candidate will be working on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power platform solution and technical architecture, solution development, delivery, and configuration for Cognizant's public sector customers.
Essential Skills:
- Experience of Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities and extensibilities
- MS CRM versions (4.0/2011/2013/2015/2016/Dynamics 365)
- Design & Development experience in Dynamics 365
- Experience of Power Platform development (Power Apps Portals, Model-Driven/Canvas Applications), Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate
- Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and extension of Dynamics CRM
- SQL Server (2008 or above) with custom report experience through SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and FetchXML
- .NET Framework Version 4.5 or above including strong WCF/Web API experience
- Knowledge of Web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript, and SQL
- Proficiency in C# and OOPS concepts
- Typescript knowledge with conversion to JavaScript skills
- Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing the client's business to develop an understanding of their business objectives & identify efficient ways D365/CRM will add value to their business.
- Understanding customer's intent and existing architecture; proposing the best possible solution to their business problems and processes. Designing TDD (Technical Design Document) and FDD (Functional Design Document) documents while obtaining necessary stakeholder approval.
- Working on individual delivery items as well as managing task assignment/delivery/troubleshooting/peer reviews where applicable.
- Maintaining best practice guidance for the team along with overall project deliverables.
- Planning & executing the implementation of CRM developments while providing regular progress updates to internal & external clients.
- Assisting with project communication & best practices throughout the system implementation.
- D365 Solution Management
- Knowledge in performance tuning possibilities in Dynamics 365 implementations
