#Role Overview
Interquest has been asked to support a leading government client in finding a strong Digital Delivery Manager with robust delivery management skills, particularly those who have worked on digital products. Experience in working with Contact Centre or AI is highly advantageous. Government experience as a Delivery Manager within local or central government is required.
#Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of Digital and Innovation elements of the Report It digital programme.
- Work with three multi-disciplinary product mission teams, including individuals with specialisms in data, architecture, IoT, resident experience, research & design, and technology.
- Joint responsibility for delivery of the programme alongside a second Senior Delivery Manager (SDM) already in place.
- Focus on resourcing, team management, team culture and cadence.
- Ensure the presence of a research/service design/data analysis pipeline.
