Assignment Overview
The assignment is to assist our public sector client to move to a new ICT multi-supplier delivery model by the 1st April 2025 and transition the current ICT provider into a new modern service provision in their contract extension. The client is also re-designing and implementing a new Intelligent Client Function for the 1st of April and this temporary post is essential to assist the client make this transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in transitioning to a new ICT multi-supplier delivery model.
- Support the redesign and implementation of a new Intelligent Client Function.
Required Skills and Experience
- Significant experience in a commercial environment.
- Highly skilled at understanding complex contracts and managing suppliers and their obligations.
- Skilled at working collaboratively in a complex environment and driving performance achievement and improvements.
- Sound understanding of intricate commercial positions and financial information.
- Data-driven mindset of service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to analyse trends to drive improvements.
- A confident communicator that can demonstrate close attention to detail and convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in managing complex relationships at a senior level.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Ability to take a proactive and collaborative approach within a complex changing environment, influencing diverse stakeholders, including external service providers.
Additional Information
Experience working within the public sector, particularly councils will be an advantage.
