Job Description for the Project Manager:
This is a site-based role where you will be expected to work as part of a large team to deliver projects on time to a high-quality standard based in Lancashire. The work will consist of the following:
* Liaising with contractors onsite
* Managing a team of site managers
* Mechanical and electrical upgrades within commercial properties
* Pricing for new works
* Managing project budget
* Client side/ customer focus
* Site inspections
* Permits
* Health and safety
Qualifications required for the Project Manager:
* SMSTS
* IOSH/ NEBOSH
* Security clearance (can be obtained following the interview)
The Project Manager will need experience of the following:
* Managing multiple contractors onsite
* Technical knowledge from a mechanical perspective
* Public sector/ government project experience
* Experience of running large sites for a PFI organisation
* CDM knowledge
Location: Manchester, Trafford, Salford, Liverpool, Blackburn, Preston, Northwest region
Start date: Immediate Start (3-6 month rolling contract)
Working Hours: 7am - 5pm (5 days per week)
Pay rate: £340 per day
Interview process: 1st stage MS Teams, 2nd stage face to face
