Contract Details:
- Duration: 10 month contract (part-time)
- Location: Maidenhead/Remote
Company Overview:
- Partnering with a global pharma company for a Market Access Manager role on a temporary basis until the end of the year.
- Role is part of the UK Market Access team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of market access strategies across assigned products in the company portfolio.
- Generate strong asset commercialisation plans and market access launch readiness plans in preparation for launching new assets into the market.
- Contribute to the wider market access Matrix in planning and executing access strategies for pre-launch and in-market products.
- Define and deliver key market access initiatives and KPIs.
- Engage cross-functionally to ensure clarity around strategy and specific needs from the brand team.
- Understand evolving nature of key external customers and communicate insights to the wider business.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Public Health, or other relevant area; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or related field preferred with experience in market access.
- Primary Care knowledge/experience will be advantageous.
- Experience launching new pharmaceutical products into an HTA or single-payer market required.
- Proven marketing experience required.
- Cross-functional experiences including field sales, finance & market analytics valued.
- Skilled in developing innovative solutions to secure patient access to medicines within a large national health system.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively across Matrix functions.
