Responsibilities:
- Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications required to perform the role
- Continue to Learn WFS product configuration requirements (i.e., naming conventions; importing templates; database structure; customizations; proper sequencing)
- Responsible for configuring WFS Suite according to customer business requirements using JavaScript; HTML; SQL or other scripting tools.
- Handle complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges with minimal assistance
- Communicate roadblocks and seek guidance in a timely manner
- Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills
- Perform unit and system testing of configured application to ensure test cases pass as described by customer requirements
- Identify and escalate out-of-scope requirements to key stakeholders
- Support the confirmation and refinement of customer business requirements with key stakeholders
- Responsible for participating in gathering customer business requirements from users; customers; other stakeholders including creating maintaining business requirement documents noticeable use cases process diagrams.
- Understand project scope implementation approach for assigned projects
- Learn how to estimate work effort communicate with key stakeholders on project
- Participate in facilitation of client workshops either onsite or remotely demonstrating understanding best practices during implementation Workforce Management Software
- Deliver projects tasks on time within budget by effectively managing workload
- Attend participate team meetings
- Follow established processes best practices continuously improve skills
- Provide project status updates key stakeholders both internally externally
- Partner internal teams during project phases ensure successful customer implementation
- Collaborate WFS team ensure thorough testing customers’ requirements
- Assist roll-out go-live activities including data migration system setup
- Become familiar aspects labor laws pertaining time attendance rules scheduling leaves absences.
- Proactively participate training courses engage self-directed learning acquire skills knowledge necessary achieve success contribute team's objectives
- Understand customer needs development strategic plans
- Troubleshoot issues escalate problems appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate timely records billable non-billable hours ensure project profitability meet utilization targets
- Ensure adherence WorkForce Software's established documentation standards methodologies
- Identify opportunities improve product offerings based on customer feedback.
- Manage Customer expectations relevant communication during key phases project life cycle
Document communicate out-of-scope requirements delays appropriate team members
Estimate work effort communicate Project Managers customers other key stakeholders regarding project status
Investigate issues reported during customer testing phases tracking reporting defects
Mentor junior team members

Requirements:
2–4 Years experience in software implementations
Minimum 2 years’ experience with programming language preferably JavaScript SQL
Demonstrated knowledge SQL JavaScript HTML or other scripting tools
Experience implementing training packaged software system highly complex internally developed application
Intermediate advanced Microsoft Office skills strong emphasis Excel
Understand waterfall agile methodologies frameworks practices services delivery role
Entrepreneurial mindset required capability rapidly shifting focus responding ever-changing conditions
Strong communication skills written verbal
Possesses basic problem-solving skills
Experience ability read/write SQL write simple queries
Knowledgeable understand common implementation principles lifecycle

Familiarity background HR Payroll Workforce Management considered bonus

Experience providing application support complex software systems preferred
Programming experience utilizing JavaScript C# C++ 4GL
Familiarity report writer such as crystal reports Cognos actuate etc.
SQL report creation experience preferred
Work flexible hours
All other duties assigned

Travel: Must be able travel up 50% potential international travel

Education: Bachelor’s degree related field equivalent years experience.
