Job Summary:
Assist in the management, execution and optimisation of digital marketing channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, Display and Affiliate).

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track daily performance of ads in-platform, including creative and feed management.
- Increase traffic to the website and ensure the accuracy of campaign creative, linking and data.
- Project coordination & collaboration with key cross-functional partners to develop campaigns and support business strategies on multiple digital properties.
- Execute and evaluate reporting, with thoughtful analysis and recommendations.
- Create social assets across platforms Work closely with the founder on brand vision and tone of voice.
- Generate and maintain content planners, calendars, and tracking documents; updating as campaign elements shift and new information becomes available.
- Participate in vendor partnerships, ensuring all timelines are met and content is delivered as planned. Provide vendors with all necessary sources/materials, facilitating approvals and communicating notes back to the vendor.
- Stay current on digital marketing best practicesand industry standards; continuously recommend new approaches, innovative ideas,and/or technologies to deliver on KPIs.

Essential Skills:
- SEO & SEM – Strong knowledge of search engine optimisationand paid search strategies.
- Social Media Marketing – Experience managing campaignson platforms like Instagram,Facebook,TikTok LinkedIn,and Pinterest.
- Content Marketing – Ability to develop engaging contentstrategies including blogs,videos,and email marketing.
- Analytics & Data Interpretation – Proficiency in Google ,MetaAnalytics,social media insights,and data-driven decision-making.
- Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Ads) – Experiencewith Google Ads ,Meta Ads ,and influencer collaborations .
- E-commerce & Conversion Optimisation – Understandingof Shopifyto improve sales performance .
- Project & Team Management – Abilityto lead teams ,collaboratewith designersand execute campaigns efficiently .
- Creative & Strategic Thinking– Strong problem-solving skillswith a mixof innovationandanaly tical thinking .
- Strong Communication& Copywriting– Crafting compellingbrand messagingand engagingcustomer interactions .

Required Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing,Digital Media or a Related Field
Industry Certifications
2–5+ Years of Experiencein digital marketing preferablywithin fashion retail or e-commerce .
Proficiencyin Digital Tools– Google Ads Meta Business Suite
