Company: Leading offshore wind farm developer based in the UK
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a package engineering plan(s) and management of any internal and external services or resources that are required to deliver the tasks identified within the engineering plan.
- Development and implementation of a T&I Management Plan and management of any internal and external services or resources that are required to deliver the activities that are defined within this plan.
- Coordination of all package specific interface tasks required to ensure compliance with the requirements of the project’s Interface Management Plan.
- Responsibility for management of CVA approval process for T&I.
- Responsible for implementing and managing an effective communication protocol, information sharing, and document review process between the package management team, the Contractor, any Related Works Contractors, the Marine Warranty Surveyor, Independent Verification Society, and Site Management teams.
- Responsible to complete or organize, as applicable, the administrative tasks needed by the company and project(s) of assignment related to planning and execution of installation works.
- Responsible for management and completion of Design for T&I; this shall include Seabed Management Plan, Installation Analysis, and all Interface engineering activities with WTG foundations and OSP.
- Responsible for management and approval of Contractor's installation engineering activities.
- Responsible for preparation of T&I elements in any documents required to support discharge of our consents.
- Responsible for ensuring a cable replacement/repair strategy and methodology is developed.
- Responsible for review, approval, and management of change in Contractor's procedures as well as engineering studies/analysis.
- Responsible for liaison with Marine Warranty Surveyor; responsible for overseeing offshore company representatives.
- Responsible for daily coordination/manage offshore works including T&I cable termination/testing.
- Responsible for managing/applying Vessel Assurance process; responsible approving as-installed records.
- Responsible monitoring/reporting progress against programme.
- Provide support to quality manager ensuring satisfactory close out NCRs relating transportation/installation.
