Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, ambitious marketer ready to take on a key role within a high impact and fast-paced marketing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMCO), you will have the opportunity to form part of the Marketing & Communications senior leadership team - managing a team of Demand marketers driving growth for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of demand and campaign marketers across demand, campaigns, and events.
- Work closely with Marketing Operations & Transformation, Portfolio Marketing, Content; lead development/execution of clear campaign processes.
- Be responsible for global lead generation for Group marketing; set clear KPIs/pipeline goals.
- Align events strategy with regional/global marketing campaigns/revenue goals.
- Enforce regular campaign reporting from cross-functional teams; measure impact/optimise tactics.
- Bring together marketing/comms functions for integrated campaigns/connected approach.
- Set Campaign KPIs; work with broader marketing functions on KPI generation/growth through lead gen/improvement in lead quality/conversion rate.
- Drive reporting enhancement aligned with strategic priorities; ensure analytics processes/dashboards are effective for performance reporting.
- Report monthly on marketing revenue pipeline/improve processes/visibility within Salesforce.
- Project manage campaigns; hold regular assessment/reporting meetings with stakeholders/deliver monthly performance reports to CMCO.
- Generate insights on engagement behaviours/identify high performing channels/assets in campaign journey.
- Support team members in developing strong stakeholder relationships/accountability for revenue targets/campaign objectives/presentations on performance.
Leadership Role
Reporting to CMCO/working closely with Head of Marketing Transformation:
Drive Campaigns team towards strong CX campaigns/objectives/KPIs/measurable outcomes (NPS/Satisfaction/CX touchpoint survey execution).
Develop audience-focused strategy/support regionalisation of strategic plans/work closely with Head of Marketing Transformation/data-driven approach/support measurable outcomes from activities.
Product Knowledge
Develop understanding of relevant Apex product set/brought forward ideas achieving group objectives/work closely with Head Portfolio Marketing feeding new products into regional campaigns/adhering to Group Tone Voice.
Skills Required
Proven experience in B2B marketing role demonstrating demand/campaign success. Strong leadership qualities/develop relationships/key senior stakeholders across business positioning as strategic partner.Detail-oriented/numeric skills/managing multi-million dollar budgets.Enjoy responsibility/multiple projects simultaneously/stay organised/focused.Strong relationship building/negotiate/manage internal/external stakeholders/work fast pace.A natural problem solver/change agent supporting CMCO driving change behaviours/processes evolve function hyper growth environment.Experience managing remote teams/developing talent/more than 5 people mandatory.Ability manage remote teams/stay connected through calls/conversations.Natural aptitude collaboration/excellent communication skills.Experience CRM/MAP tools - Salesforce (Pardot bonus).Undergraduate degree required; Chartered Institute Marketing qualification (or equivalent) bonus.
