Role Overview:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead cyber security initiatives within the renewable sector. The Cyber Security IT Project Manager will play a critical role in safeguarding digital infrastructure while driving projects that integrate technology and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables align with business goals.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and frameworks, effectively managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance standards are maintained across all project phases, from initiation to completion, to safeguard against potential threats.
- Promote agile methodologies by facilitating scrum sessions as needed to enhance team performance.
Preferred Certifications (not mandatory):
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Office, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Proven experience leading complex initiatives, particularly those involving sensitive data protection measures.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for seamless interactions at all levels, both internally and externally.
