Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules, HR processes, and enterprise technology landscapes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and HR professionals to deliver scalable and efficient HR solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture: Develop and implement SuccessFactors solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.

Module Expertise: Provide expertise across multiple SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central (EC), Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession Planning.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and create strategic implementation plans.

Integration & Data Management: Design integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems (SAP and non-SAP) using middleware tools such as SAP CPI or Dell Boomi.

Configuration & Customization: Lead configuration, enhancements, and extensions of SuccessFactors modules to meet business needs.

Implementation & Support: Provide hands-on support during system implementation, go-live, and post-implementation optimization.

Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to data privacy, security,,and compliance regulations such as GDPR and local labor laws.

Technical Leadership: Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on best practices,,troubleshooting,,and solution enhancements.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases,,and recommend innovative solutions for HR digital transformation.

Required Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,,HR Technology,,Business,,or related field.

Experience: 8+ years of experience in HRIS,,with at least 5 years in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors certification in at least one module (e.g., Employee Central,,Recruiting,,Compensation) is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors architecture,and data models.
- Experience with SuccessFactors integration using SAP CPI,Dell Boomi,,,or other middleware.
- Proficiency in configuring workflows,business rules,,,role-based permissions,and MDF objects.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as People Analytics,,,Workforce Analytics,,,or Integration Center.

Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical,and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication,and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently,and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in large-scale global HR transformation projects.
Knowledge of SAP HCM,and hybrid HR landscapes.
Understanding of Agile or SAP Activate methodologies.
