Location:
- Based at our Catford offices

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead on Community reporting
- Engage with Community partners to provide exceptional care and drive performance improvement via analytical tools
- Day-to-day management and submission of community statutory returns as well as FOI and ad-hoc queries
- Lead on the implementation of Community Faster Data Flows
- Become the subject matter expert for community data, providing guidance to the wider team
- Improve data quality with services

Key Duties:
The post holder will be required to oversee the provision and distribution of designated statutory submissions, intelligence reports; monitoring trends, patterns while providing forecasts ensuring that they meet required standards for quality accuracy submitted in accordance with relevant deadlines.

Responsibilities include managing creation, quality assurance submission of the Community Services Data Set (CSDS), identifying managing risks ensuring compliance with national data submission standards.

Support implementation ongoing oversight of Community Faster Data Flows submission in partnership with Data Warehouse team.

Act as subject matter expert for community services data working collaboratively across Performance & BI team wider organization ensuring community service data information analytic requirements are met.

Liaise regularly with Managers at all levels articulating managing reporting requirements possessing knowledge technical expertise handling complex computer-based data relationships.

Regular Contact With:
1. Service managers regarding routine reports discussions relating specifications ad-hoc requests interpretation provided data.
2. Information IT staff from client organizations during regular reporting cycle addressing satisfaction ad-hoc queries from these organizations.
3. Relevant external organizations e.g., NHSE dealing statutory reporting ad-hoc inquiries sources clinical staff addressing statutory reporting inquiries sources.

Skills Required:
The post-holder will need very good communication skills along good negotiation skills tact dealing complex information understanding range clinical system/Data Warehouse processes including fault clearance necessary production required reports timely distribution these reports.

Contribute set-up maintenance selected clinical systems database tables routines ensure ongoing efficient running systems processes application combination Health Service knowledge computer enquiry skills successfully support routine ad-hoc requests Trust Managers translating requests into programs necessary extract this data validating output accuracy presenting acceptable style interpreting where necessary translating national standards local arena advising managers on collection methods initiating processes procedures improve quality information captured analysed Trusts patient-based systems advising departments correct recording response recurrent issues providing training guidance support colleagues across organization documenting all processes procedures relating own work developing maintaining standard reports monitoring relevant Key Performance Indicators meeting regularly involved monitor performance against agreed targets/standards
